This was a planned weekend of gluttony, after being pretty strict with myself the last 2 1/2 months. St. Patty's day beer, whiskey & corned beef & Cabbage. Next morning homemade corned beef hash & eggs. I'm happy with only gaining 1 pound :) Back to business now. We'll work it off and be back on track by next weekend.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
