What a tough day!
Walked to gym at 10 a.m. and finished at 12 then walked to home again and had a big meal of egg whites and boiled potato and veggies. Then after some snacking went to gym for my basketball class at 4 and it took a rough 1:30hour there... Coach made us run a LOT.
Finished at 5:30 then took shower at home and went shopping.
I'm too exhusted right now...
