Training by running, biking and swimming. Very little actual dieting. My body is changing shape and I look good even though the scale doesn't say so. :)
163.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

If you keep your diet focused mainly on whole foods like lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies, you will get lean with all that exercise.
