Getting back on track with my foods. Over the weekend and week we had close friends staying with us which caused us to dine out and snack more.
I am getting more foods in as well.

Struggle this week: water and working out

Challenge for the weekend: getting all foods in while traveling.

156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
