Grrr...I didn't eat dinner last night and then for lunch yesterday I had sushi which combined didn't help my weight. :(
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

The best thing that helps me is preparation. Plan for your day the night before. Have everything ready in baggies, tupperware or whatever, measured out and ready for you to grab before heading out to work. That way you can have everything you need at hand while your away from home, and wont go off your plan. A good thing to get is a small square insulated lunch box thing, and put it all in there and carry it with you. I hope this helps. Try not to get discouraged. You CAN do this!!!
