So... love the new clothes I bought last week, BUT this way of eating means in order to make them last I have to use suspenders (still)... Keto problems.

Yes recently bought just a few new clothes, now some are big on me, if I could get rid of some of the skin would be 10 inches smaller on the waist.

Had the same problem at last job. Bought clothes, then each week had to take the waistbands in another inch, but belts were an issue due to the remaining fatpad. Solved it the same way - bought suspenders to wear under the smock vests they provided us, lol Awesome progress! Keep it up!

Thanks, y'all... yeah gotta work around the fatpad but at least the small waistbands can be "darted" by hand and they're still big enough to hide it (LOL)!
