fine-- no more carbs for me then. gonna try turbo kick and zumba this morning. i suggest fitness classes for everyone. it's a lot easier to look like an idiot in a large group than to look like one by yourself!
UPDATE: turbo kick is not for those who lack hand-eye coordination. i cant get my upper body to work with my lower body. at least the movements in zumba make sense... turbo kick is not my thing!
