i must be the only person who can work out for two hours and GAIN A POUND the next day. i used to lose weight faster when i was in college and all i did was binge drink. this is so frustrating. any suggestions?

Stick with it. I had a four pound gain the week I started circuit training everyday. The following week I was down four. Muscule weighs more than fat. You will lose inches before weight when working out regularly.

i did start circuit training and going to a boot camp fitness class this week. i'm really impatient, and honestly, i'm more concerned with losing weight... guess i need to retrain my brain.
