Another good day - within all my limits again, and managed to resist the biscuits and choc offered to me at work today! Amazingly, I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow and being able to go to the gym again......I'm terribly afraid that I'm rapidly turning into a gym junkie...aaahhhhhhh!!!! :)
