last week you lost almost 1% of your body weight and thats TERRIFFIC!!! if everyone lost just 1% a week it would be astounding! Don't beat yourself up... you can hold your head high and gallop off into the weight loss sunset! :)

do not worry about not losing in the first 2 weeks...i didn't...it wasn't until phase 2 that i started with the consistant weight loss
