I have been doing better logging everything today. Still haven't ate the best but it's a start. I am slowly gaining back that 70 lbs I worked so hard to lose and it's a horrible feeling.
232.2 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It IS a constant battle for me too. I have to keep going back to low carb to stop eating everything and gaining. Glad you are still here and 90% of anything is just showing up!
