Found this stuck down the back of a set of drawers! Looked back through my weight history: 18/11/10. 164 lbs 20/814. 164 lbs 03/9/15. 168 lbs 27/8/16. 183.8lbs 22/8/17. 165 lbs So under 164, aiming for 150 lbs will be a real achievement that I probably haven't managed since about 2004!!
