Probably not even this much. I am on a diet break to reboost my metabolism, and then i can finally hit 43 kg. When I hit 43, i will do this again and gain to 45, without starving and wrecking my metabolism.
The only condition is cuting out carbs from my LIFE (which is a problem since i am some kind of vegan (ocasionally i eat eggs, or yogurt, only because i need to))
It will take a few months.

Why do you NEED to eat eggs & yogurt?

I don not really need to (you dont need to do anything actually) but i am living alone, and i dont quite know to cook, nor have time for it, and i am ot a person that can eat supersmall portions. So, I usually only eat veggies because i can eat lerger portions, and o course, that is not so great because sometimes i think it is needed to eat something "stronger". I would really go vegan, but i dont know what would I eat instead of eggs to get that same nutrients, and i really, really am bad at small portions so i am kinda scared to eat seeds instead. And yogurt is perfect for my oatmeal, because, as i already said, i am a bit scared o seeds so i dont use chia seeds in my eating habbits. And i dont even like it. Sorry or the long comment
