Hello Stefawn, don't despair, there are ways to make this easier without "killing" yourself. I was doing some ellipticaling the other day and chanced upon a great youtube video by a young lady who was passing on some things she learned while losing 70 pounds, things that worked, things that didn't work, things she'd do differently, etc...it was well worth my time to listen to.
