Was really missing "comfort food" today. Did so well during the day that I got to eat some light ice cream with baked apples tonight for dessert.

Thank you Lord for the self-control today and for providing even for my wants tonight. Lord, I know it is only you that I have been losing weight so quickly. Praise you! Made you please be glorified through this experience. I love you!
