My glucose jumped around a lot today. It was in the 200 in the morning around 7, around 150 by 10, Around 12 it had plummeted to 51, at 3 it was 146 and then before supper it was up at 200 something. That concerns me greatly

There is a lot of carbs and not much protein on here. Also cinnamon will help regulate it as well as chromium. These will balance your blood sugar naturally. Try adding small amounts of lean protein at every meal and less starches.
