As per usual I fell of the band wagon and I'm jumping back on. I recently had an endocrinologist appointment. I've made it so I will see my endocrinologist, or his PA once a month rather than once every three months so I will be held more accountable for what I do. Remarkably, since the last time I weighed in, I've lost 3 pounds.
