I'm really discouraged. I've been busting my butt going to the gym and then snowboarding every weekend for the past month!! My last weigh in was like 2 weeks ago and then finally when I weighed myself today I was VERY dissapointed. I've only lost .2 of a pound.
I've been eating more veggies and drinking more water!
I can't notice any results. The only place I can see is in my fingers!! I've dropped a ring size... I'd rather have fat fingers and a firm butt then well you know.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong! HELP!

With all the working out you've been doing, have you considered that you may have started gaining muscle mass? I know for me, it takes less than 2 wks of consistent working out w/ weight to start gaining muscle. Until I was 17 in high school it was the most frustrating thing ever. Die hard working out, reduced calorie intake, and yet the scale goes up. Finally I took a Women w/ Weights class & every week w/ our weigh-in we also check fat vs muscle percentages. That's when someone finally explained why the scale was going up. It doesn't last very long so DON'T give up. Try alternating high & low calorie days, high protein on the low cal days & be sure that you're switching up your workout routine about every 2 wks so your body doesn't adjust to what you're doing. You gotta keep those fat cells guessing! Even if you can't see it, your body is changing in positive ways on the inside. Try to keep that in mind as well. Keep up the good work ; )
