I'm relieved to see my weight went down despite my not good day yesterday. As Dr.K says, one bad day isn't going to ruin your progress or throw off the bodies rhythm. It more adapts to the averages of the week.

Ah, a new day and a fresh start.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
