I have been back on here for a week now and still feeling motivated. I must keep it up this time. I may be a bit long in the tooth now and my knees have been going bad for years. why oh why couldn't I keep the weight off. Actually, I do know why. I just love food and am a greedy pig. But, I am determined this time befor it is too late.
