Still holding steady, which is okay because I feel stronger and like I'm making better choices with food and drink. I'm sticking with Phase I because I've slacked a bit in the weekends and want to try and offset the wine and desserts with more discipline during the week.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
