NO ADDED CARBS..SLEEPIN BETTER...gooood thursday morning..yesterday i went over to next door neighbor an was telling her i had sugar items in house i wanted to get out of the kitchen..dried figs, fig newton cookies, bananas, go go applesauce in pouches..she said sure bring em over..she knew someone that could use all of it..neighbor has also changed her eating habits..so she wasnt gonna keep it but knew someone with kids in school that could use the stuff..

felt like a relief when i got it outta the kitchen..

also noticed last 2 nights since i got the sugar outta my system i been sleeping almost 8 hours most nights before i even wake up to go to little boys room..definitely a big improvement over what it was..cant believe i let myself fall back into the carb/sugar routine ..i did get on the scales this morning to check body fat..it was up a percent..so thats not to bad..better then several percents..just means getting more focused an sticking with keto lifestyle i created an knowing that ..thats what works for me...

raining here this morning..so no outside ride..might be an inside ride on zwift later today when the mood hits..lol..at least i hope it hits..have 68 miles in so far..only rode 2 days..so lie last week would be nice to hit my 100 early in the week..an be peddlin extra miles rest of week...

well breakfast tasted good..coffee and protein/creatine mix is gone..looking out front windows in living room sky looks pink to the north..and its drizzling..my plans when i woke up had been to ride before rain got here..but once i got up an parked my butt in recliner..there i set..it happens..

WELL...HAVE A GREAT DAY..ALMOST FRIDAY AGAIN..WEEKS JUST SEEM TO FLY BY...HERE AUGUST IS HALF WAY OVER..SCHOOL KIDS ARE ALREADY BACK IN SCHOOL HERE..SEEN BUSES RUNNING YESTERDAY WHEN I RODE..WONT BE LONG BEFORE I WILL BE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COLD MONTHS BEING HERE...LOL...

Mornin glen....i did purchase a little bag for below the seat..it holds co2 cartridge,tube,latex gloves,and tire levers ...been lucky enough not to have to use any of it..not sure that when I packed it all in...that I could get it all back in...lol...least I have it if I should ever need it...i think once you start riding on the gator skins that will stop a lot of your flats..
