Its been a while since i weighed in, so i'm actually a bit pleasantly surprised, even though the weight is a lot higher than i want it to be, it is not so high as i had feared.

Since going to 1200 Cal i have been getting tired in the mornings (sluggish), but normally a little sugar fixes me up (Jolly rancher) with a quick bite of something more filling.

According to Fatsecret, my RDI is 2700 to 3200 calories...so if i manage to maintain 1200 calories....with ~3500 Calories to a pound....i should be loosing about 1/2 lbs per day...i fully expect this to fluctuate based on the type of calories i'm consuming (etc), but here's to hoping that 2 weeks of hard-core dieting and i'll be down 7-10 pounds, and then a couple months of strict calorie counting, and then a lifetime of maintenence will be able to keep me at a good healthier weight.

(Note: I injured my left knee playing football in highschool, and when i'm 200-220 lbs it doesn't hurt, but when i am heavier it becomes aggrivated more easily)
