Just getting back into the kick of dieting...i lost a lot of weight at the begining of last summer...but then near the end of the summer i started a new relationship and i've let myself slide ever since.
Atkins worked great for me, and i'm looking to loose a comperable amount of weight, so i'm hoping that if i stick to 1200 Calories i'll be able to make some progress!
