Yesterday I went to planet fitness, did the first day of C25K, starting at walking at 3.5, jogging at 4.5, which is more than I usually do! I also walked until I hit 275 calories burned. Today, I'm doing a 30 Minute Circuit, then the brazillian butt treadmill workout...then maybe a walk on the trail before work :) Sounds like a nice day. :D
