Monday again! Didn't we just have a Monday. Ugh. Well, I guess I will just trudge on.
I had a good weekend, not for eating or exercise, but it was good. My sister-in-law got married, so that was a happy event. She had a quick, courthouse ceremony, and a small reception at a restaurant. The food was all amazing, and the family is always fun, so we had a great time. We all were able to walk around downtown to some of the local bars and just had a few drinks to celebrate also.
Then the rest of the weekend we really didn't do much but the regular weekend stuff like laundry and getting groceries. I've been really tired lately. I don't know if it's from the low iron or something else, but I'm finding myself having a hard time staying awake at work, and then dozing off around 7 p.m. at home, even after a full night's sleep. I'm going to try to start a new exercise program today and see if some exercise will help. I slacked on exercise last week, so maybe that is what was brining me down.
