This is the duration of (intermittent fasting)IF. The goal was to reach 16 hrs. . I did come close and that's alright. On reflection I thought what might of happened; I went power walking prior to breaking fast and it increased hunger.

Just a quick note; when you have an intense workout you increase the release of hormones that actually suppress appetite (levels of peptide YY) and decrease levels of (ghrelin)a hormone that stimulates hungry. So, my power walking today was nor intense enough.
