New low weight. Going back to the gym today after a 3 week hiatus due to being sick/travel/being sick. I feel good and feel like I look good. I think my current interim goal is 198? That's 13 pounds away, and I can do that in 6 weeks. Continue weights 4x, do cardio HIT for 20 minutes 4x per week, would be perfect.

My eating is good. Trying to make sure I get as close to 100g protein per day as possible. Protein & greek yogurt are my daily staples, fresh fruit too. Not having much salad/veggies, could up that for sure. Could go to plain yogurt with fruit rather than the fruit on bottom.

I have not been restricting calories, keeping around or under 2000. I could have a few low calorie days (yesterday was one) each week.

Able to put on and snap the size 14 Express jeans this am! Explosive and organ-threatening muffin top to be sure, but when I started I couldn't even get them pulled all the way on, with the zipper wide open. Awesome progress!

If I lose another 13 pounds, get to 198, I should be able to wear the size 14 Express jeans. The fat needs to come from my torso -- around my abdomen and some from my hips -- to make my clothes fit better.

Muscle burns fat.

Mostly I want to have my torso lean and toned.

And I'd like to lose 3 pounds of fat in the next week, maybe by working out hard and alternating normal and low calorie days.

Three pounds of fat is a big can of Crisco.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
