I've been sick and not working out for 3 weeks. Haven't gained back but a couple of pounds from my lowest. Close to recovered, so I can get back to working out on a full schedule next week. My eating has remained reasonable, adequate protein, daily yogurt and not a lot of junk. Continuing daily light therapy is helping with that, I believe.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
