I did my weigh in, 3 weeks late, but did better than I thought. Although I start out well I got concerned after going out for my birthday weekend 4 days in a row. to my defense, I did eat well all day for each celebrationb and just used that one meal as a freebee. But this week, my goal is to lose 5 pounds by next weigh in. although I have been under a lot of stress with serious personal issues, I know I need to stay committed to my body and myself. Once I let that go, then I really will be stressed since difficulty managing body weight has been a constant stress in my life already. So here I go heading into the next week with renewed energy and dedication!
