Well, we're just starting to feel a little better. Even though food hasn't been sounding the most appealing, especially if I have to prepare it, I've tried to stick to "healthy choices". I am now down a whole nother pound. Well, only down a NEW half pound, but lower than I've been yet! It's starting to feel encouraging to see the weight going down rather than UP! YAY! I may not be roundin' up the herd, like the rest o ya'll, but I'm at least in the saddle. heh heh
