No outdoor walking due to rain today....did Stairmaster instead.
Ended up with higher calories at dinner tonight because DH and I were experimenting with "breading" the fish and even a bit of cauliflower, with flaxseed meal. Mixed results as far as it being a coating, but it did have a very nice flavor.
Ate too much at dinner (calories)and am more stuffed than I ought to be, although my salad was eaten a couple hours prior to actual dinner.

Sounds.... interesting. Good for you being creative :) I wouldn't worry about the calories too much. Just drink enough eater tonight to flush it all through and you'll be good. Hope the rain clears so you can play outside tomorrow.

Sandy, try the organic coconut flour by Bob's Red Mill...it makes a great breading.

Dani, I really DO have to drink water anytime I have flax anything! Rain's gone today, so out the door we all went! Hope you're having a good weekend.

I'll give that a try, Stef, as I've got some on hand. I suggested it to DH last night but he poo-poo'ed it in favor of the flax. Also wasn't sure myself that coconut would be good on fish. But with your recommendation, I'll give it a try next time!

Bren, it was a great Saturday morning for a walk...sunny, breezy, and just over 60 degrees. A big change from yesterday and the whole family took advantage! I'm also not a fan of cooking....I see it as a necessary evil rather than something that stirs my creative side.
