A good day overall - could've done more formal exercise, but I did a lot of walking around and standing chores as usual at work and I didn't use the lift at all today, even though I needed to go up several flights of stairs! :) I have a few days off next week, so I'm planning to make several trips to the gym, have at least two fairly strenuous dance lessons (I'm practising Jive, Quickstep and Rock 'n' Roll routines atm!), take a couple of long walks and maybe even a quick swim - although that will depend on the outside temperature, as I'm not good at being cold! Brrrrr! :)
143.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
