Out of sorts today. Had to go to the doctors and sat in the the office waiting forever. Stuck to the plan though. Had lunch before work- salmon and asparagus :) Only one medifast shake today. I got those mocha's in! :)) They make me happy! A little white meat turkey for dinner. Didn't feel too hungry. It's nice when you arent' hungry all the time.
