Ok, so I don't do Medifast all by itself. I would never stick with it. I do the shakes- mixed with crystal lite orange. I have 4 lite starbucks mocha's per day at 100 calories each and I have one small meal at lunch that consist of 5oz of lean meat- usually fish or chicken and a green veggie. Other than that, I might have a hot herbal tea- nothing else. I have only lost 5 pounds in two weeks. That's insane for MEDIFAST!!!
