up♦down♦up♦down♦up- it makes no since! How can someone consume 1000 calories and not lose weight. I am keeping my blood sugar level by eating small meals through out the day so I am not starving and granted I am not exercising, but only 5 pounds? ;-( Come on!!!

♣ ok, so I don't feel quite like a sausage in my size 12 slacks this week. That is a blessing ☻ At least I didn't in the pair I wore today.♥

Nice to have a day off with my sweetie. Lunch together at Applebee's. Lot's of leg pain but we got out of the house and moved around some. It actually turned out to be a very pretty day as well. God is good!♥

Stressful days lead to belly fat!!! Thanks crazy people including the imbeciles I work for! Makes a person want to binge on Carbs!, but I didnt. God gives me strength. I have to just put it all in his hands and trust him.

Out of sorts today. Had to go to the doctors and sat in the the office waiting forever. Stuck to the plan though. Had lunch before work- salmon and asparagus :)
Only one medifast shake today. I got those mocha's in! :))
They make me happy! A little white meat turkey for dinner. Didn't feel too hungry. It's nice when you arent' hungry all the time.
