Down some... thank goodness cuz my tummy is finally recovering from the food poisoning/flu whichever it was...I still can't get down to the three meals a day for the Leptin Reset because if I eat a normal sized meal I get really sick.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
