It was a busy day today. My husband broke a tooth so we had to run to the dentist and wait for it to be repaired. No lunch-and I am having a good dinner. It is a little heavy on the carbs, we got some tomatoes at a farmers market that have to be used up. It is so seldom that we get home grown tomatoes, I don't want to throw any away because they are getting too old. The salad kit I prepared is showing a few more carbs than I actually consumed. I left off the croutons from my portion. We bowled a practice game before we went home and tomorrow I am going to play golf so that will compensate for the extra carbs.
