Well I am back down to 288. I think that is good. I have been trying to get back on track, I hope it stays off this time and I can keep going forward on my journey of weight loss.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
