So... I fell off this wagon pretty hard... Halloween hit and since then I haven't watched a thing that I was eating. The last few weeks I was looking at my body and noticing I was back to the beginning. I kept saying "I need to get back on track" and every day was making bad food choices. I kept saying how hard it was to get back on track and then something clicked this morning. It was just a "duh" moment. Just start. That's all I have to do. I don't have to be perfect at it, but I do have to start.
So this is me starting again. Counting my calories. Being more conscientious about what I eat. They may not be the perfect choices 100% of the time but I will at least start being accountable again.
