This is the first time I record a Journal entry. I started my fitness challenge in August 7th 2011 and weighing in at 212 pounds. At 5'7", I was a overweight. I have been watching what I eat, but never denying myself small pleasures. What I have realized from doing this challenge is servings. The key to enjoying meals and losing weight is serving sizes.
Currently, as of March 2nd. I am currently at 175lbs, I have lost a total of 37lbs in 6 months. I am only 15Lbs from my goal weight and I hope to achieve it by summer time.
