Out to coffee with friends 7am, Breakfast with daughter 10:30 and dinner later with son. Notice the overriding element in my interactions today is food or drink...might bear some further scrutiny?! LOL Am off to do some Yoga and think about it. Am again (although better than last Sat. afternoon) a little anxious about weigh-in tomorrow. I say to myself "Grow UP!" But, on the inside..." Wah Wah Wah" Still a big baby.... ;>) Have a nice Sat, all.

Food and coffee is such a natural setting for social interaction. There are only two people I can think of off-hand who I could call and suggest we meet for a walk. I'm curious about getting net carbs that low. Still figuring all this out! Weigh-ins I don't do yet, but need to schedule a body composition analysis, and am very not happy about that. I don't know if doing it is adulting or just a choice?

Not sure what "adulting" is... I tend to get too much into the numbers...but...that's who I am. Numbers are where I start. I have a high body fat count...so just keeping to the Keto numbers right now. Net carbs are Carb count -fiber count. Calculation does not consider Fat, protein or sugar. I keep carbs under 20 thus my net carbs are lower than that...number. I totally agree with you re the 'natural setting' description just think I might want to move away from that a bit in the future. You are doing great, Judy. Don't worry about weigh in...it varies and so many outside circumstances affect weight. Besides, you can always compare with my weigh in that may be disastrous!
