New goal to get down to 160 lbs (lose 5 lbs) by April 15th (~6 weeks).
Sub Goal of getting BMI to below 23 and BF to below 18%. Would like to have a waist size of 33 (eventually 32).

Will incorporate walking at least once a day at work for 10 - 15 minutes.
Continue to log what I eat daily and eat net Calories of -400

Refine calories burned by using other tools. Looking at fitbit or use an android app (currently using RunKeeper)
