Back on track after almost two months. Was very inconsistent with keto due to work load and parties. Hope to follow the diet strictly.

Managed to get faster in my running. Shaved of 6 minutes in my 10k timing. Hope to do better in the half marathon which is on 20 August.
208.1 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Wow! Well done. We are in a similar circumstance, both trying to do keto but finding that the Asian eating-out lifestyle and social life make it really hard. Good on you!
