Had to stop and get blood drawn this AM and missed breakfast. In the afternoon started feeling tired and lethargic. Came home and ate dinner , that helped. But, I will skip my daily walk - I just don't have any energy. kinda sucks.

Looked in the fridge and only see protein and veggies staring at me. I'm bored with my food today. Usually, I like this creative, healthy stuff but today it all seems just kind of bland.

Well, next week I have a couple of doc appts. I am thinking of seeing an additional doctor who is an MD but focuses on functional medicine. I believe there is something to that whole approach rather than the sick model used by most people. I am lucky because I live in Pittsburgh which is one of the best health places to be with research, doctors and medical care.
