face bad, headaches last 4 days, but have exercised, hope to swim today......diet is up and down, no real weight lost, will try and drink 6 glasses water minimum today

Try to download an app for water control in your body. I am on my water control for 3 days now, feeling much better and controlling my appetite like never before! Have to drinks lots of water
