I am so disappointed to see that much of my good work with exercise and diet has diminished since the summer. But now that I have had my knee surgery and am fully ambulatory again, I'm ready to get back on the scale and commit myself to losing weight. Here I am at day 1 all over again and am convinced that I had to log every morsel of food I put in my mouth. Damn, it's tedious.
