Rough day today - for some reason I was hungry all day

But when I came home I whipped up a couple of egg burritos that hit the spot.

Two Trader Joe Lo Carb Burritos toasted over the gas flame.(makes them a bit crispy and sooooo much better)
Three jumbo eggs fresh from farm
Four slices Canadian Bacon
Green pepper, onions and tomato
cheddar cheese
Tomato
Hot pepper flakes

Sautee everything in olive oil and stuff into lo carb burrito. Oh hit the spot
