Yesterday's fast was interesting - attempted no exercise and tried not to sweat (hit 100 degrees in Raleigh)... had 12 ounce coffee with Stevia in the a.m. with water throughout the day (spent mostly inside) and lost 3.0 lbs (weight had been UP this week despite THAT, so, hopeful for 0.0 net change in two days, at my weigh-in).
