WEIGHT 165, BMI 25.8%, BODY FAT 21.3%, MUSCLE 37%, WATER 60.6%, BONE 3.9%.WELL I SEEM TO BE GAINING WEIGHT AGAIN, NOT LOOSING OR STAYING THE SAME. I NOTICE MY MENU FOR THIS WEEK WAS REALLY HIGH IN SODIUM AND I DONT WONT TO REMOVE SOME OF THE FOOD'S I AM EATING. I REALLY LOVE THE COLD CURED SALMON AND CHICKEN. THE SALMON HAS A REALLY HIGH SODIUM COUNT. I WILL HAVE TO LOOK AT WHAT I CAN REPLACE THE SALMON WITH.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
